A LIDERANÇA DE SALA DE AULA DO PROFESSOR PODE CONTRIBUIR PARA A SATISFAÇÃO DOS ESTUDANTES? UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

Resumo

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar, coletar e organizar as contribuições existentes na literatura de Liderança de Professores para a satisfação de alunos de Instituições de Ensino Superior (IESs). Os resultados foram organizados em uma tabela mostrando os pesquisadores que produziram evidências de que a liderança transformacional dos professores é capaz de aumentar a satisfação. Além disso, parece que a satisfação pode ajudar a aprendizagem do aluno, de acordo com evidências que também foram encontradas. Considerando que, no caso dessas instituições, os alunos também são clientes, essas descobertas podem subsidiar ações voltadas ao aumento de sua competitividade, com alunos que ficarão mais satisfeitos e ainda mais preparados (aprendendo) para o mercado de trabalho.
