LEAN HEALTHCARE: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DA LITERATURA

Resumo

O ambiente da saúde visa a melhoria e qualidade na gestão em saúde, com tendências e práticas em hospitais, instituições, clínicas, laboratórios e empresas desse segmento, com o objetivo de trazer mais conforto e melhores condições no atendimento aos pacientes. Diante das dificuldades dessa área, torna-se cada vez mais importante reduzir o desperdício e melhorar os processos. O objetivo deste artigo é realizar uma revisão sistemática da literatura sobre o tema lean manufacturing in healthcare. Os dados foram obtidos de quatro bases de dados online Web of Science, Science Direct, Emerald Insight e Scopus. Foram selecionados artigos indexados nos últimos 10 anos (2006-2016). Para selecionar artigos, uma pesquisa avançada foi realizada usando a expressão booleana "E" que combinava palavras-chave para melhores resultados específicos. Os profissionais que atuam no segmento de saúde terão os conceitos e técnicas aplicadas, além do trabalho indexado nos últimos anos, o que facilitará a pesquisa e o desenvolvimento do trabalho, traduzindo-se em aumento de eficiência e, finalmente, melhoria para a população. Apesar da importância do tema, existem poucos empregos de manufatura enxuta aplicados no ambiente da saúde. Esta pesquisa pode estimular estudos futuros, devido à sua aplicabilidade para a melhoria dos serviços de saúde.
