Uma exploração bibliométrica das práticas de gestão de projetos e a vantagem competitiva sustentável

Resumo


Organizações de diversos segmentos, públicas e privadas, procuram atuar na modalidade da gestão de projetos, utilizando técnicas e ferramentas com objetivos claros e pré-definidos. Entretanto, a empresa deve obter vantagem competitiva sustentável em relação aos seus concorrentes, adquirindo características singulares para manter aberto seu mercado com a superação as demais empresas. Este estudo trata-se uma pesquisa bibliométrica que analisa as práticas de gestão de projetos e vantagem competitiva sustentável por meio de uma abordagem qualitativa e exploratória, na base de dados Scopus. Neste contexto, analisou-se os 10 artigos mais citados e os 5 artigos mais atuais de cada temática pesquisada. Os resultados destacam que a gestão de projeto influencia positivamente o sucesso das organizações, ocasionando uma vantagem competitiva sustentável, tanto de curto como de longo prazo.
